TRINITY HEALTH FREEDOM EXPO SPECIAL EVENTS

Since the first Health Freedom Expo in 2005, we have maintained that individuals should have the right to know and the freedom to choose what’s best for you and your family. Over the last two years, this mission has become even more imperative. With rights being infringed upon, it’s critical to understand your health freedoms and how to protect them.
We know you have questions about the mandates and restrictions that have occurred over the last year, which is why we’re bringing back our renowned Health Freedom Panel. Join us on October 2 at 2 pm alongside moderator Robert Scott Bell and panelists Jonathan Emord, Diane Miller, Dr. Judy Mikovits, Ty & Charlene Bollinger. At this interactive discussion, our experts will explain the importance of health freedom, the regulations that challenge our rights, and how to preserve your ability to choose what’s best for you and your family. This event will be recorded and available at the Virtual Expo in February 2022.

Private Symposium
With mental health concerns becoming increasingly common, their stigma has declined, leading people to openly seek solutions to support their mental well-being.
Dr. Caroline Leaf, world-renowned neuroscientist and best-selling author, describes anxiety, depression, and toxic thinking as “mental mess.” At the Trinity Health Freedom Expo Private Symposium, Dr. Leaf will share her research and teach you how to improve your brain function through a process known as mind-management to help clean up your “mental mess.”
Join us on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 6 pm for the Private Symposium: Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess featuring Dr. Caroline Leaf to enjoy dinner, experience fellowship, and learn the action steps to apply mind-management to your own life.
The Private Symposium is $50 and attendance at the Trinity Health Freedom Expo is required. Seating is limited so register today at trinityhealthfreedomexpo.com.
We look forward to sharing this enlightening evening with you!

The Neglected Aspect of Holistic Living
For many, quality of life and mental stability declined over the last year. In fact, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders increased by 30% during the pandemic. With mental health being at an all-time low, it’s time to make it a priority instead of the neglected aspect of holistic living.
Mental health isn’t just about feeling good and having positive thoughts. It reflects our ability to cope with stress, be resilient, connect with others, and make healthy choices. Studies show that mental health directly affects our physical health, which is why holistic health focuses on the mind, body, and spirit.
Join us on October 3 at 2 pm to discuss mental health and its role in the Mind-Body-Spirit trilogy. During this interactive conversation, panelists Dr. Caroline Leaf, Dr. Todd Frisch, and Dr. Jim Evans will discuss their experience in the mental health field, answer your questions, and share techniques to help you make mental health a priority in your holistic lifestyle. This event will be recorded and available at the Virtual Expo in February 2022.
