 Exhibitors and Speakers FAQ

Do I need to be online the entire weekend?

While it is entirely up to you as to how active you are, we recommend that one of your staff members be available as often as possible during the event. Your exhibitor page will list hours you plan on being present. The more active and engaging you are with attendees, the better your outcome will be.

How will I sell my products and/or services?

Each exhibitor will have an exhibitor page where you can post videos, pictures, and information about your business. You can also add links to your website, as well as contact information and expo specials and sales. You will not sell directly through our platform; traffic will be directed to your eCommerce page.

How do I interact with attendees?

There are many ways to interact with the attendees! The first and most common way to engage with attendees is via your personal exhibitor page chat bar. While attendees are browsing your page, they can leave questions for you and view others’ questions. They can also chat with you individually. Another way you can interact with the attendees is on the community board. Jump on for a quick video-chat with one, ten, or fifty attendees to demonstrate and talk about your business.
