EMORD & Associates

TOPIC: Bureaucratic Tyranny: Case Studies from FDA, DEA, FTC, and TTB

DESCRIPTION: Unaccountable to the courts, Congress and the American people, the unelected heads of bureaucratic agencies have censored vital health information, destroyed free enterprise, and denied the American people access to vital products and therapies. In this seminar, constitutional and administrative law attorney Jonathan Emord draws from his 33 years of federal legal practice evidence of wide spread bureaucratic tyranny and his recommendations for ending that tyranny and restoring constitutional protection for life, liberty, and property.
